2. Subscription & Billing

CredBill operates on a prepaid subscription model unless otherwise specified.

Charges for monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions are billed in advance.

Invoices and payment confirmations are sent via email upon successful payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
a. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using our core services and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
b. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a system error or payment gateway issue, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate amount.
c. Non-Eligibility
Refunds will not be issued for:
